Established in 2010, Softwarica College has crossed significant milestones in delivering British education in Nepal. This is evidenced by the fact that student numbers have already passed 400 and the centre is becoming very popular among students who aspire to gain a British Qualification. Student satisfaction in terms of course delivery and other academic resources is among the highest in Nepal.
Located at the heart of Kathmandu Softwarica College caters to tech savvy and enthusiastic students. With the introduction of a new block the college has expanded to allow space to develop state of the art computer labs with broadband internet connection, virtual classrooms, a seminar hall with audio visual facilities and ultra modern classroom for students pursuing the final year of their Bachelor Degree. With this additional space and service, students will have an added advantage towards pursuing UK qualifications offered to the same high standard as UK institutions.
With the British education system in favour of a practical approach to study the college has readily incorporated this education system into their methods. Regular assignments, report writing, field visits, research, group discussions and presentations are basic features of programme delivery. The college recognises the fact that in order to be successful in finding a rewarding career, real-life skills are also essential. For this reason, classes are held on personality development, presentation skills and public speaking skills. This combination of both academic and real-life skills will help students work towards their holistic development.

Classrooms: Fully air conditioned classrooms with audio visual display
Cafe: Well equipped cafe that offers local cuisines as well as fast foods.
Wifi: All three blocks at Softwarica are WiFi enabled.
Sports (Within the College Premises): A full-fledged basketball court with additional table tennis boards.
Additional Sports Facilities: Students are regularly taken to football and cricket grounds outside college premises for practice and tournaments.
Library: Sufficient collection of books and journals to aid research
Student Space: A whole block is dedicated to student for their leisure activities, research, social gatherings etc.q

With a view to providing real-time work experience following the completion of their first year, students are provided with internship opportunities with renowned companies in Nepal. Similarly, after the completion of their second year students are placed in various companies across Nepal and abroad in positions according to their skill level. By the time a student graduates,they will have more than one year of real-time work experience allowing them to pursue middle level positions in companies both at home and abroad.
In order to make this internships and placement service even more effective, Softwarica College has partnered with a local job placement company Job World Nepal which assists students in finding the right company for internships and placements.
Students wishing to achieve professional qualifications during their NCC Education Journey can do so by studying and sitting the examination at the same centre.
