Congratulations to Mauritius Graduates 2010 8 December 2010

The Shah Noorani Institute of Technology (SNIT) recently celebrated its third graduation ceremony, for graduates of the University of Greenwich BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology.

Students were presented with Degree certificates by Dr. Myur Patel, Academic Reader (Science Department), University of Greenwich.  Dr. Patel congratulated the class on their outstanding achievements and hoped that their academic success would inspire future graduates.

In addition to the Bachelors Degree graduates, more than 20 students celebrated the completion of their International Diploma (IDCS) and International Advanced Diploma (IADCS) in Computer Studies from NCC Education.  Mr. Laurence Foure, Regional Director, NCC Education, presented the students with their certificates and declared that “… it has been a pleasure to work with SNIT and I am deeply honoured to be able to present these dedicated students with their awards.  NCC Education is proud to be partnered with a centre that produces such a high calibre of students; students that have now taken a decisive step in their education and are firmly on a route to success“.

Mr. Foure also presented Miss Farhanah Cassamally with an award and gift, for being the Regional High Achiever for the IDCS programme.  Miss Cassamally was delighted to receive the award, saying “… At SNIT, we work as a united family, students receive a warm welcome and the lecturers really motivate us, and that’s why I brilliantly succeeded.”  She dedicates her success to her parents, her teachers and her close friends.
