NCC Education is extremely pleased to announce its new progression route from Aston University for the International Foundation Year (IFY).
This route allows IFY students with a distinction grade plus IELTS (International English Language Testing System) 6.5 to progress onto courses within the Aston Business School and also the Engineering and Applied Science School.
A high-profile UK and international university in Birmingham, Aston was ranked at number 30 in the Times Higher Education Ranking for 2016. Aston University’s Business School is also ranked in the top 150 universities in the world, as detailed by QS in their overall world rankings. Additionally, Aston came in at number 42 in the world in 2015 on the QS University Rankings for the top 50 universities under 50 years old.
Aston’s criteria for candidates from NCC Education’s IFY programmes are as follows:
Aston Business School
From the Business stream: Distinction overall and IELTS 6.5
Engineering and Applied Science School
From the Business stream: Distinction overall and IELTS 6.5 (minimum 5.5 in each skill) for Logistics with Purchasing Management/Supply Chain Management/Transport Management
From the IT stream: Distinction overall and have IELTS 6.0 (minimum 5.5 in each skill) for Computing Science and Multimedia Computing. Distinction overall and IELTS 6.5 (minimum 5.5 in each skill) for Computing for Business.
