NCC Education joined representatives from the University of Greenwich at a seminar for prospective students, held at Myanmar Info Tech in collaboration with Accredited Partner Centres KMD Computer Centre, Myanmar Computer Company, Mandalay and MCC Training Institute, Yatanarpon.
The event was a huge success with over 200 prospective students in attendance, eager to find out about NCC Education’s Degree Journey in Computer Studies.
Guest speaker from the University of Greenwich, Dr Mayur Patel, School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences and Kevin Tan, Manager, Business Development, NCC Education chaired the seminar. They were joined by NCC Education graduate, Mr. Hein, who completed the International Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies in 2004 at KMD. Mr Hein gave an inspirational speech, reminiscing about his experience as a Global High Achiever, who went on to successfully complete the Degree Journey with First Class Honours. His educational achievements have reaped their rewards, with Mr Hein securing his current position at JCU, Singapore.
“This year’s event received the highest number of attendees compared to previous years. Good team work and early planning from our centres was clearly demonstrated. The seminar was promoted through joint advertisements designed by the NCC Education marketing team and distributed in the local press, as well as promoted on centre websites” commented YanPin Beh, Manager, Business Development, NCC Education.
