Payment Information

All fees are stated exclusive of VAT and bank charges, which will be charged and payable where applicable.

Once we have received your application a member of the team will email you with the following information:

a unique application reference number
confirmation of the appropriate fees to be paid in order for NCC Education to process the application
instructions on how to arrange payment

NCC Education cannot produce any documentation until funds have cleared in our account. Payments can take between 10 to 12 working days to clear and therefore it is important that you allow for this timeframe when requesting any documentation.

Once the payment has cleared please allow 3 to 5 working days for the certificate to be produced. Depending on which delivery service you opt for appropriate transit times must also to be taken into account. Additional time must be allowed for the delivery of your documentation if you choose a slower delivery method, such as standard postal services.

Please note that all service charges are non-refundable and all bank charges must be covered by the applicant.
